Miller-Coors. It basically states whereas they clam they ultimately have done
nothing wrong, they agree to voluntarily discontinue Sparks and never make it or
any other energy alcoholic beverage again. Sounds fishy to me, considering only
a little over a year ago, the recipe for Sparks and Steel reserve were purchased
for $215,000,000.00, and I'm sure the recipe for Steel Reserve ain't worth that on
it's own. If anyone has information leading to the knowledge of the real reason why
Miller-Coors buckled under pressure, please let me know. I understand large
companies value public opinion, but it seems beyond belief that they would just
give away the entire alcoholic energy beverage market like that, after spending so
much to acquire it and dominate it in the first place.
